2. Living Green Fair / Wyland Clean Water Challenge

North Miami has signed up for a friendly competition amongst other South Florida cities in the official LIVING GREEN FAIR/WYLAND CLEAN WATER CHALLENGE. The tri-county Mayors competition for water conservation officially began in late August.

We challenge you to help our City commit to a clean environment. We urge our residents to take the challenge and pledge to:

• Dispose of garbage correctly
• Use non toxic household cleaners
• Use refillable water bottles
• Sing shorter songs in the shower
• Walk or bike short distance and several others as viewed on the pledge list

All participants will receive a free family pass for five to the Souht Florida Living green Fair on November 14-15 at John U. Lloyd Beach Park in Dania Beach (you will be able to print your free tickets at the end of the checklist.)

The city that wins the Challenge will have the opportunity to display a 45-foot original mural, designed by the renowned marine artist and conservationist Wyland.
